Deviled Crabs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. soft bread crumbs (about 2 slices bread)
1/4 c. milk
2 c. flaked fresh crab meat
1/4 c. margarine or butter (1/2 stick), melted
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 egg, beaten
1 green onion (with top), chopped
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease six 6 ounce ramekins (or you can use 6 large crab shells).
Mix bread crumbs and milk in a large bowl. Mix in remaining ingredients gently.
Spoon into shells.
Place shells in jelly roll pan, 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until light brown.
