Hot Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cabbage, shredded
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
3 Tbsp. vinegar
dash of pepper
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Place cabbage in Dutch oven.
Combine egg, sour cream, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Stir into cabbage.
Cook and stir over medium heat (about 10 minutes) until mixture is hot and creamy.
