Garlic Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. red potatoes
    1 garlic clove, peeled and halved
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    In saucepan, with enough water to cover, heat potatoes and garlic.
    Simmer until very tender; drain.
    With potato masher, mash potatoes and garlic with milk and salt until smooth.
    Stir in parsley; heat through.
    Serves 4.
