Steak Ghengis Kahn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 to 3 lb.) steak (2 1/2-inch thick)
    2 Tbsp. Blue or Roquefort cheese
    1 large clove garlic, crushed
    1/2 tsp. coarse black pepper
    1/2 tsp. olive or vegetable oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. powdered coffee (instant)
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Mix cheese, garlic, pepper, salt, soy sauce, coffee, Worcestershire sauce and oil in a blender.
    Pour over steak, rubbing marinade in with hands.
    Save excess and baste steak while cooking.
    Marinate several hours or overnight.
