Cherry Egg Nog Punch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
dash of salt
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. halved or quartered maraschino cherries
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
2 liter lemon-lime soda (very cold)
Preparation

Beat eggs and milk.
Heat through, but do not boil, stirring constantly.
After taken off the stove, add other ingredients, except ice cream and soda.
Chill egg nog until very cold, preferably the day before you serve it.
When ready to serve, add ice cream and lemon-lime soda to a punch bowl and pour egg nog over it.
