Zucchini Rice With Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage (bulk or link)
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    1 1/2 lb. zucchini squash, sliced
    1/2 c. thinly sliced onions
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 c. hot water
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    dash of pepper
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In large skillet, brown sausage; push to one side and remove all but 2 tablespoons of fat.
    Add rice, zucchini and onions. Cook and stir until slightly browned.
    Stir in tomatoes, water, mustard, garlic salt and pepper.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cover and simmer 5 minutes.
    Stir in cheese.
    Heat just to melt cheese. Enjoy.
