Mexican Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can creamed corn
    1/4 c. corn meal
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 small can diced green chili peppers
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in order given.
    Sprinkle a little grated cheese over top so that it browns nicely.
    Bake in a glass 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    (I usually triple the recipe.)
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
