Garlic Soup(Serves 4) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 cloves garlic
1/4 c. olive oil
3 slices French bread, cubed
6 c. rich chicken broth
3 eggs, beaten
lime wedges
salt and pepper
Preparation

Mince garlic and saute in oil until golden brown (do not burn). Remove garlic and discard, then saute bread. Add broth and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes. Add eggs very slowly to broth, trying not to curdle them. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve with a lime wedge.
