Pear Mincemeat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. pears
    4 lb. apples
    3 lb. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 lb. raisins
    2 Tbsp. nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. allspice
Preparation
    Peel and core fruits.
    Coarsely grind or chop fruit.
    Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Simmer 1 hour.
    Pack hot in sterilized jars and seal.
