Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    3 medium eggs
    1 1/3 c. carrots, grated
    2/3 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    2/3 c. pecans, chopped fine
    1 1/3 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Mix together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and sugar. Mix until cinnamon is well blended.
    Add eggs, salad oil, carrots, pineapple and pecans.
    Mix on medium speed until batter is smooth and silky.
    Pour batter into two 9-inch layer pans that have been lined with wax paper.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
    Cool, then ice.
