Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. cubed hash browns
    11 oz. cream cheese
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 1/2 to 2 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Melt butter; add flour.
    Stir in milk.
    Let thicken slightly. Add cream cheese.
    Add potatoes and cook until potatoes are tender.
    Layer in dish, broccoli and potatoes.
    Put cheese on top.
    Heat in oven until cheese melts.
