Carrot Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. drained, cooked and mashed carrots
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 lb. margarine or butter
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Cream the butter or margarine and sugar.
Add eggs and beat. Add remaining ingredients and pour into a 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Should be firm in the center when done.
