Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. elbow macaroni
    2 to 3 Tbsp. butter
    3 to 4 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    1 1/2 to 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to directions.
    Meanwhile, melt butter in glass container in microwave.
    Blend in flour.
    Add salt. Slowly blend in milk.
    Add 1/2 cup shredded cheese.
    Microwave until thickened (about 4 minutes), stirring occasionally.
