Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. Minute rice
    1/2 c. sugar
    5 c. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 egg yolks plus 2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except egg yolks and 2 tablespoons of milk and bring to a boil.
    Simmer gently 20 minutes over low heat, stirring frequently. Beat together egg yolks with 2 tablespoons milk and add to hot rice, stirring rapidly.
    Remove from heat and chill.
    Place waxed paper directly on pudding to prevent crusting.
