Mexican Chefs Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion
    4 tomatoes
    1 head lettuce
    4 oz grated cheddar cheese
    8 oz bag Doritos (crushed)
    8 oz French dressing
    1 large avocado (sliced)
    1 lb ground beef
    1 can drained kidney beans (15 oz)
    1/4 tsp salt
    hot sauce - to taste
Preparation
    Chop onions, tomatoes, lettuce. Toss with cheese, dressing and hot sauce. Add Doritos. Add sliced avocado. Brown beef, drain, add beans, and salt. Simmer for 10 minutes. Mix into cold salad. Decorate with Doritos, avocado and sliced tomatoes.
