Quick Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix and pour over any fruit.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serve warm or cold with ice cream or Cool Whip.
