Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic
    1 squirt anchovy paste
    2 oz. olive oil (1/4 c.)
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1 raw egg
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 large lemon juice
    6 to 8 Tbsp. Parmesan
    1 head Romano lettuce
    1 c. croutons
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except cheese, lettuce and croutons.
    Let stand 20 minutes.
    Break up Romano in small pieces.
    Add cheese and croutons.
    Toss with dressing.
    Serve immediately.
