Orange Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 medium cooked sweet potatoes
1 c. orange juice
1 c. water
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/4 c. butter
grated rind of 1 orange
1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Place the sweet potatoes in a baking dish.
In medium saucepan, combine sugars, cornstarch, orange rind and salt. Slowly stir in juice and water.
Over medium heat, stirring constantly, cook until thickened.
Stir in butter until melted. Pour over sweet potatoes; sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
