Sour Cream Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 apple, pared, cored and chopped
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. nuts
    1/2 c. butter or oleo
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix first four ingredients and set aside.
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Blend in next 5 ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Add sour cream. Using a Bundt pan (greased), put 1/2 batter and 1/2 of apple mix, then rest of batter and apple mix on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Let set 1/2 hour before removing from pan.
    When cooled, put on any frosting glaze.
    Can be frozen for later use.
