Ham-Cheese Oven Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    3 oz. cooked ham, cut in cubes, or crumbled cooked bacon or sausage
    1 c. shredded cheese
    3 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
Preparation
    Beat eggs, milk and seasoned salt.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Pour into greased oblong baking dish or square 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Cook, uncovered, in oven until omelet is set and top is golden brown, 40 to 45 minutes, at 325\u00b0.
    Serves 6.
