Chicken And Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 oz.) pkg. cornbread stuffing
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
    2 c. chicken broth
    3 c. cooked chopped chicken
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. minced chives
    1/2 c. light mayonnaise
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, mix stuffing, melted butter and 1 1/4 cups chicken broth.
    Mix chicken, 3/4 cup broth, onion, chives, celery, mayonnaise and salt in another bowl.
    Spread 1/2 the stuffing in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch greased baking dish.
    Spread chicken mixture over stuffing.
    Cover with remaining stuffing.
    Whisk eggs, milk and soup together.
    Pour sauce evenly over stuffing.
    Cover with foil. Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Uncover; bake for additional 20 to 30 minutes.
    Makes 8 servings.
