Strawberry Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 lb. lightly salted butter, softened
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 pt. strawberries

Preparation

Cream butter with cheese, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Beat in strawberries.
Spoon into jar.
Cover and refrigerate.
(Good with hot biscuits or toast.)
