Quick Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 1/4 c. water
    4 to 5 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water; add Crisco.
    Sift flour, salt and sugar.
    Mix and pour onto floured board.
    Knead about 5 minutes.
    Shape into rolls.
    Let rise about 1 hour in a warm place.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 until brown.
    Brush top with margarine when done.
