Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 potatoes
    1/4 to 1/2 c. milk or evaporated milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until tender and drain.
    Mash potatoes; add salt, pepper, milk and butter together.
    Beat with a mixer until smooth.
    Serve hot.
    Serves 4 to 5.
