Veggie Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. crescent rolls
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened to room temperature
    1/2 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
    1/2 c. each, minced, or any combination desired: green onions, green pepper, red pepper, radishes, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and celery
Preparation
    Unroll crescent rolls; fit into cookie sheet(s).
    Pinch \"seams\" together.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until lightly browned (about 15 to 20 minutes).
    Cool.
