Jam Boats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. ground walnuts
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 egg whites, lightly beaten
Preparation
    Combine walnuts and sugar.
    Add egg whites gradually until mixture forms a thick paste. Drop in large balls onto a baking sheet coated with nonstick vegetable spray. With the back of a spoon, make a hollow in the center of each ball.
    Bake for 20 minutes in on oven which has been preheated to 300\u00b0.
    Remove when lightly brown.
    Place warm jam in the hollow of each cookie and serve.
