Tomato Avocado Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 avocados, peeled and pitted
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1 medium tomato, peeled, chopped and drained
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    4 dashes of Tabasco sauce
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Press avocados through a coarse sieve.
    Add lemon juice and vinegar at once.
    Then add tomato and blend.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Cover tightly and chill.
    Serve as a dip with vegetable sticks.
    Makes 3 cups.
    Note:
    Mixture darkens when left uncovered for long periods.
