Hobo Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 medium Vidalia onions, quartered
    2 pats margarine
    2 medium potatoes, quartered
    2 carrots, sliced
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Shape meat into 3 or 4 patties.
    Place on foil.
    Top with vegetables.
    Wrap tightly.\tBake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Butter and season.
