Fish Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 c. water (3/4 c. better)
    beer (optional; better)
    1 egg white or 2
Preparation
    Sift together flour, cornstarch, baking powder and soda.
    Stir in water.
    Beat egg white until frothy and smooth.
    Cut fresh fish into chunks, dip and deep fry.
