Walnut Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chicken breast halves
    2 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3/4 c. condensed chicken broth
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. oil (or more)
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 c. onion in wedges
    1/4 c. green pepper strips
    1/2 c. cashews
    1 1/2 c. snow peas or 1 pkg. frozen
    1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    ginger to taste
Preparation
    Toss meat with 1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce; set aside.
    Combine broth with cornstarch and rest of soy sauce. Heat 1 tablespoon oil.
    Add meat and stir-fry.
    Remove meat.
    Add remaining oil and vegetables; stir-fry.
    Add broth mixture to vegetables and boil. Add meat and nuts.
    Heat 1 minute.
    Add ginger.
