Coconut Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkgs. frozen coconut
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    1 cup sour cream
Preparation
    Combine sour cream and sugar.
    Heat over low heat until sugar melts.
    Stir often.
    Remove from heat and stir in 2 packages of thawed coconut.
    Spread on cake and let cool.
    Sprinkle other package of coconut on top of cake.
