Taffy Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can chunk pineapple
    2 c. mini marshmallows
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
    2 1/2 c. unpeeled, diced apples
    1 3/4 c. cocktail peanuts
Preparation
    Drain the pineapple and save juice.
    Mix pineapple and marshmallows. Store in refrigerator overnight.
    Mix the juice, flour, sugar, vinegar and egg together and cook until thickened. Refrigerate overnight.
    Just before serving, mix all together with Cool Whip, apples and peanuts.
    Serves 10 to 12.
