Microwave Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. corn syrup
    1/4 c. honey
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. baking soda
    dash of salt
    1/2 c. water
    2 c. raw peanuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook sugar, syrup, honey, salt and water for 5 minutes on high, then add peanuts and cook for 13 to 15 minutes until it registers 300\u00b0 on a candy thermometer.
    Stir in 1 tablespoon margarine, 1 teaspoon baking soda and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
    Spread onto greased cookie sheet.
    Cool and crack.
