Yellow Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. sliced yellow squash
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped red bell pepper
2 Tbsp. oleo or butter
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated medium Cheddar cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. crushed cracker crumbs
Preparation

In large saucepan, cook squash, onion, green and red peppers in melted butter over medium heat 7 to 9 minutes or until vegetables are slightly softened.
Thoroughly mix mayonnaise, cheese, egg, sauce and seasoning into vegetables.
Spoon into 2 1/2 quart baking dish, sprayed with nonstick coating.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until bubbly and browned. Makes 8 servings.
