Broccoli Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
salt and pepper
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
Preparation

Defrost broccoli and drain off water.
Add salt, pepper and melted
butter.
Mix
in
eggs,
stuffing mix and Parmesan cheese. Leave
in
refrigerator
2
to 4 hours.
Roll mixture into 1 inch diameter balls and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
