Aunt Peg'S Crab Imperial - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. backfin blue claw crabmeat
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 egg, beaten with evaporated milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    6 drops Tabasco sauce
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    paprika
Preparation
    Remove any shell or cartilage from crabmeat.
    Combine next 5 items.
    Pour over crabmeat and mix lightly.
    Place in well-greased ramekins.
    Top each with 1 teaspoon mayonnaise.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serves 6.
