Vegetable Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower
    1 bunch carrots
    1 bunch celery
    1 cabbage
    2 Tbsp. pickling salt
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. water
    6 c. Heinz white vinegar
    2 cloves garlic
    4 red peppers
Preparation
    Cut vegetables into bite size pieces and pack in gallon jar.
