Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can or jar sauerkraut
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. red and green peppers
    1 c. celery
    1 onion
    1 c. shredded carrots
    celery seed
    garlic powder
Preparation
    Drain and rinse sauerkraut well.
    Chop
    celery, onion and peppers fine.
    Melt sugar, vinegar and oil.
    Mix all ingredients. (May add more or fewer vegetables for taste and/or color.)
    Add celery seed and garlic powder to taste.
    Refrigerate.
    Marinate overnight for best tasting.
