Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large onion
1 large green pepper
1 c. celery
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can tomato paste
1 1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. sugar
cooked shrimp
Preparation
-
Chop and simmer onion, green pepper and celery.
Add tomato paste, water and sugar.
Add cooked shrimp.
Turn off heat.
Can be served over rice if desired.
