Honey Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cake yeast or 3 pkg. dry yeast
    6 c. white flour, divided
    1 tsp. salt
    1 large egg
    1/3 c. honey
    2 1/2 c. hot tap water
    2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour, divided
Preparation
    Beat yeast, 2 cups white flour, salt, egg, 1/3 cup honey and water for 2 minutes on medium speed.
    Add 1/2 cup whole wheat flour and 1 cup white flour.
    Beat 1 minute on high speed.
    Add 2 cups whole wheat flour all at once.
    Mix in.
    Gradually add remaining white flour until dough is stiff.
    Knead on board 5 to 10 minutes.
    Cover with plastic and a towel.
    Let stand 20 minutes. Shape into loaves.
    Put in greased loaf pans.
    Let rise (doubled in size).
