Strawberry Chiffon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10-inch pie shell
1 c. hot water
2 egg whites
1 c. sweetened, crushed strawberries
1 pkg. strawberry jello
1/2 c. whipping cream
4 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Dissolve jello in hot water and cool until nearly set.
Whip until frothy.
Beat whipping cream until stiff.
Beat egg whites until stiff, adding sugar a tablespoon at a time, beating after each addition.
Combine jello, whipped cream and egg whites.
Fold in strawberries.
Pour into cooled, baked pie shell and place in refrigerator to chill until firm.
