Santa Fe Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. (1 1/2 c.) red beans
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. fat
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
    1 to 2 Tbsp. hot chili powder or to taste
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    dash of red pepper sauce or to taste
Preparation
    Wash beans and soak overnight.
    Cook slowly until done.
    Brown meat in fat.
    Add beans and enough water to make 1 cup liquid. Add rest of ingredients and simmer 30 minutes.
