Grated Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium size sweet potatoes (red ones)
    2/3 c. white or brown sugar (brown is better)
    2 eggs
    1/2 stick butter or oleo, softened
    1/2 c. sweet milk
    2 tsp. corn meal
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    whiskey to taste (Old Time corn is better)
Preparation
    Peel and grate sweet potatoes. Cream sugar and eggs; add other ingredients.
    Mix all ingredients and place in a buttered baking dish.
    Bake 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
    Serves 4 to 6.
