Meringue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until frothy.
    Gradually beat in sugar a little at a time.
    Continue beating until very stiff and glossy. Cover pie completely, being sure to cover all edges, touching the crust.
    Brown lightly.
