Strawberry Fluff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
1 1/2 c. whipping cream
3 c. coarse angel cake crumbs
1 1/2 c. crushed strawberries
1/2 c. toasted shredded coconut
Preparation

Add sugar to cream; whip until stiff.
Add cake crumbs, strawberries and coconut.
Fold in gently, but thoroughly.
Spoon into dessert dishes and chill for several hours before serving. Makes 6 servings.
