Buttermilk Doughnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar; add oil and vanilla.
    Add flour, etc., with the buttermilk.
    When well mixed, put on floured board and roll out about 1/2-inch thick.
    Cut with doughnut cutter.
    Fry in hot (375\u00b0) oil or Crisco until light brown, turning as you cook. Makes about 2 dozen doughnuts.
