Cheese-Potato Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 medium potatoes
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    2 1/4 c. grated cheese (Cheddar or Velveeta)
    1 to 1 1/4 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Cook peeled potatoes in salted water until tender.
    Drain; mash thoroughly.
    Add butter, cheese, milk and salt; heat over low heat until butter and cheese is melted.
    Fold in eggs and pour into greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch dish.
    May make ahead.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes, or until puffy
    and golden brown.
