Blender Gazpacho - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large tomatoes, cut up
    1 cucumber, cut up
    1 small onion, cut up
    1 small green pepper, cut up
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    1/8 c. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    3/4 c. tomato juice
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Blend all, chill and serve with croutons.
