Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots, sliced
    1 large onion
    1 bell pepper
    salt to taste
    1 c. tomato soup
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Boil carrots in salted water until tender.
    Drain.
    Chop onion and pepper.
    Mix sugar, mustard and soup.
    Add vinegar and oil; mix well.
    Pour over cooled carrots, onion and pepper.
    Mix lightly and store in refrigerator overnight.
