Potato Romano - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. cooked potatoes
2 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. minced onion
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
paprika
2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients and put in buttered casserole dish.
Top with grated cheese.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
